These rules are in place to ensure a peaceful, fun camping experience for all campers.
All guests must register in the office prior to entering the campground and receive a car pass.
Check-in time starts at 2pm and ends at 8pm. Please call us if you are running late.
Check-out time is 12pm. There is an additional charge for extended camping.
Campground speed limit is 5mph and is strictly enforced.
Campground quiet time is 10pm to 8am. Please be considerate of your neighbors at all times. Very loud music will not be permitted at any time.
The playground closes at 10pm. All children under 16yrs old must be at a campsite and accompanied by an adult.
Disruptive campers will be escorted off of the grounds by the N.Y. State Police, without refund regardless of time of day or night.
Outside firewood is not permitted in the campground. Firewood is sold at the store and can be delivered to your site.
No more than 2 dogs are permitted on any campsite. All dog litter must be picked up and disposed of. All dogs must be on a leash at all times. Dogs must not be left unattended. Excessive dog barking will not be tolerated.
Rates are subject to change. All prices are based on a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children, 17 and younger). Additional fees for more campers do apply. No more than 8 campers permitted on one site, this includes daily visitors.
Cancellation Policy: Deposits are refunded if the cancellation is more than 3 weeks prior to your check in date. If you need to cancel a reservation your deposit will be held for a future reservation, if the cancellation is made prior to one week before your check in date. Any cancellations made with less than one weeks notice the deposit and any other payments will not be refunded.
A visitor is anyone not registered to your site upon check-in. No overnight visitors permitted. All visitors must leave before 10pm. Visitors are not permitted to bring pets or golf carts. Registered campers are responsible for the behavior of their visitors. Campers must inform the office prior to the arrival of visitors and all visitors must stop in the office. Each visitor must pay a daily fee and receive a car pass.
Only electric driven golf carts are permitted. Proof of up to date insurance must be provided. Only persons with a valid driver’s license can operate a golf cart. 5mph rule apply to golf carts.
There is no lifeguard on duty at the pool. Swim at your own risk. Children under 16 yrs old must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Glass containers are not permitted in the pool area.
All trash must be brought to the dumpster provided.
DRONES – The use on campground property is forbidden without prior approval from management.
ABSOLUTELY PROHIBITED
ATV’s, chainsaws, fireworks, firearms, airguns, slingshots, paintball guns and archery are strictly forbidden on campground property.
Cutting, mutilating, defacing of any standing tree is considered to be vandalism.
